Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach.  Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and easy access to numerous other courses.  Enjoy a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.  

Sunset Beach is also just a 1/2 hour north of North Myrtle Beach where shopping shows and great food awaits you.  

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us.  We do not rent to locals. Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties.  Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
