Check In time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every attempt to have your property available at 4PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check in time may be later. We can not guarantee a 4pm check in time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: A sixty (60) day written email notice sent to customersupport@mbvacationhomerentals.com is required for all cancellations. We do not accept verbal cancellations. The request must be in writing. ALL cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the written cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date AND ALP is able to re-rent the Unit for the same amount of money, all monies paid will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, and the booking fee. Once you cancel your reservation the property will be available for rentals. ALP reserves the right to discount the nightly rate to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for a lesser rate all monies will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, booking fee, and difference in rental price. Cancellation requests or changes to a reservation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit all monies paid. ALP strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance
When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

This was the perfect house close to everything and not that far from the things we needed. It accommodated my 6 friends and I very well. The only thing that we had a problem with was the internet and someone came right over to fix it or give us the Wifi information.

Fantastic house with great amenities. The beach is very lovely in this area. We enjoyed the pool and the game-room. We loved having several floors to spread out on. We found the furnishings and decor very pleasing. We had read a review that stated the beds were not comfortable- we found this not true. We all slept very well in this house and will return. The management was great from start to finish and even helped us plan parts of our excursions. This property is a gem!!!

This property has a prime location for families with kids, or for any group that wants good access to the beach, food and relaxation! The home is wonderfully furnished, with cozy beachy decor and paint, and the floor plan allows for entertainment of kids in one area and adults in another. The pool/hot tub is so convenient, right outside the door!, and it is very private in the center of the complex. The bedrooms offer good privacy, and most have their own bathroom which is always a bonus. We spent a lot of time on the main floor hanging out, and there was plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 young kids. There are a lot of stairs as it's three floors, but there is also an elevator to help move luggage up and down. The beach is a short walk away, and some food and entertainment for both adults and kids is also within walking distance. There is even a Dunkin Donuts a few blocks away (you can walk, but it is a bit far) which makes us New Englanders feel right at home!<br />
This place provides for an easy vacation, and we look forward to coming again next year.

What an amazing place to stay! My husband and I take a trip once a year and this was by far one of the nicest places we have rented! It was extremely close to shops and just a few steps away from the beach. We loved that there was convenient private parking as well. The house was huge, decorated beautifully and much cleaner than we expected. We plan on returning and bringing back the whole family. It is such a large property it would be great place to visit for a family reunion!

We always have our girls getaway in Myrtle Beach and this year our group of retired friends booked a stay in Tuscan D. It was so nicely furnished and we each had our own bedroom.It is located in a quiet section of the beach and is close to great dining and shopping. We are all ladies who appreciate the finer things and we were well pleased. The beach is beautiful and only a short walk away.We attended a performance at The Carolina Opry and we were thrilled that it was only a 5 minute drive from our villa.We had a few questions upon our arrival and Blair and the staff at Affordable Large Properties were so helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the Tuscan Ocean Vista! My husband's golfing buddies are currently booked there for their spring golf outing.My friends and I have found "our home at the beach' and plan to return next fall.

WOW! Our expectations were totally surpassed. This house is amazing. If you are looking, stop looking and book this. The bedrooms are a great size, large bathrooms, so much space. Perfect location, loved the pool table, hot tub ( too cold for the pool). well maintained and CLEAN!!!!!! We always rent from VRBO and sometimes when you arrive at the property it is not as the pictures portray it. No need to worry about that with this house.....you will not be disappointed. Thanks for making our stay great!

Usually our group stays in condo's but this year we decided that we would give a house a try. We rented this house for 16 golfers for 3 days / 3 nights and the house was fantastic. The house has three floors, plenty of room for large groups and is centrally located so it was easy to reach the courses quickly. The house has an excellent set up. We ate in the house on Thursday and Saturday. The kitchens have everything you need and the outside grill worked very well for the steaks on Thursday. Overall the house was in very good condition and the group is looking forward to renting it again next year.

We had the opportunity to stay at this location during Memorial Day weekend. It is extremely difficult to find locations with floor plans that suit couples/groups of 6+. This location was exactly what it offered (and then some) on the site. We'd recommend it for large groups any day. The flexibility of the room plans (Twin swings to King) is a tremendous benefit. We'll definitely be back again!

5.0"EXCELLENT RENTAL FOR LARGE GROUPS"
This rental is an outstanding place! We were a tennis group consisting of 13 ladies. Everyone in our group got their own bed! It was very comfortable and loaded with all of the ammenities. The owner and property manager were very professional and eager to accommodate all of our needs. They allowed our request to check in early, which was very much appreciated. The online photos accurately reflected the rental. The rental was in a convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. It was very close to the beach with nice ocean views. We look forward to returning again next year!

Our stay at Villa A was extremely enjoyable. Our close proximity to the beach was a definite attraction that everyone in our party enjoyed. The accommodations were very nice, modern furnishings and very clean. The availability of lines and towels was very nice considering we travelled a good distance and it was something we didn't have to pack. We would definitely recommend this property to future vacationers traveling with their families.

A group of friends and I were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful property during our spring break. The house is absolutely beautiful with an awesome view of the ocean which was only a short walk away. The hot tub and pool were definitely a bonus to this amazing property! The property manager was so helpful and awesome!!! If there was ever a problem, she helped us out right away! We really enjoyed our stay as it was an overall great experience! We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach and hope to return really soon!

5.0"Great for large groups"
We rented this house out for the Myrtle Beach Marathon; we had a group of 15 people. The house was three stories and large enough for everyone to have their own room and bathroom, that was enjoyable. The kitchen by the game room was a nice addition so that we could keep snacks and drinks right on hand and the kitchen upstairs was big enough for all of us to enjoy. The hot tub is large and seven of us fit in there with plenty of room left over, the water was warm in February. We arrived after a winter storm knocked out the power in Myrtle Beach and the heat wasn't working in the house; the maintenance contact for the house came over after 10 PM with a local heating company to make sure we didn't sleep in the cold. Even though the house didn't warm up until the next day, it was above and beyond and appreciated. The only complaint would be that the water in the showers doesn't stay hot for very long when everyone returns home and half the group had to wait one hour to take a hot shower after the first group. Overall, our group was very pleased with the stay and would return again.

I rent all my vacation houses from VRBO and this one is one of my top vacation rentals! The house is in a great, quiet, safe area of Myrtle Beach. The house has a view of the Ocean and is a stone's throw away from the beach. Easy to walk to beach! The house had everything we needed and more. Loved the shared courtyard that houses the pool and hot tub. I found this to be a great hidden gem. You can rent this place with confidence. Will be returning to this house on my next Myrtle Beach trip.

This house is AWESOME! HUGE! I always rent from VRBO whenever I travel and this house is why. We enjoyed the great view, walking to the beach, close to everything! Clean well stocked and was just a relaxing place to stay. Parker ( the owner) personally greeted us which we thought was a nice touch. Thanks for a great vacation....will return next year!!!

We decided on a large family vacation in Myrtle this year with 15 adults and 3 kids (from 3.5 years up to 76 years) and decided on this property due to its size, location and proximity to the beach. Everything was as discribed on the website. Even with 18 people in total, there was plenty of room and very comfortable! The fabulous beach was less than a 2 minute walk and after a morning of sun at the beach, the pool and jacuzzi were a welcome afternoon and evening refresher. The place is huge and with 4 flights of stairs, the elevator was very useful for our 76 year old mother!
We did have one small hiccup with the air conditioning, however is was fixed within hours of us calling. The owner actually visited personally and had it addressed.
The owner (Parker) also took care of our golf bookings at very reasonable rates and preferred tee times!
I would strongly recommend this unit for large groups and we will be returning to Myrtle Beach again next year. I will definitly choose Parker again for our rental needs and depending on our size and numbers will look at his other units.

5.0"July 7, 2012 Vacation from Toronto, Canada"
This property was in a great location!! From the balconies (2 of them) you could see the ocean and the lovely ocean breeze reached you as you sat out on them. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach/ocean. We went with our 4 year old daughter and she loved that we were so close to it. She loved it there as well as the property's pool and hot tub (even though they were a bit small to share between 4 units). There were some stores, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby but we would recommend that you have a car to get to other great things that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The photos and descriptions of this property were accurate. We traveled with 15 adults and 3 children (all under the age of 4). There was an elevator which was great for our mother who would have been unable to do the stairs to all the 3 different floors. Those 3 floors were great for a large group. Gave each of us some space when we were all there at the same time. We had a great time and that was largely due to how close it was to the ocean. It was also nice to see the almost nightly display of fireworks from the ocean from different people. Overall a great place to stay.

5.0"Annual Golf Trip to Myrtle Beach"
I took a group of 16 golfers down to Myrtle Beach on a golf package and we stayed at the Tuscan Ocean Vista. This place is incredible. Very close to everything, resturants, beach and golf courses. Room enough for all 16 golfers. I would highly recommend this place with groups up to 16.
