• Minimum booking age is 25

• Signed rental agreement and ID required

• We do not rent to locals to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests

• Cancellation and refund policy includes a $150 cancellation fee, and all cancellations must be in writing

• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay

• Public beach access is available for swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing

We do not rent to locals

You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
