Master bedroom has 1 Queen & 1 Twin with an ensuite bathroom and bedroom 2 has 2 Twin size beds.  Flat-screen television in the living room and master bedroom. Streaming Channels Only. Free Wifi included.  Unit offers full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen.

Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach.  Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and easy access to numerous other courses.  Enjoy a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.  

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us.  We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties.  Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older.  Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
