Club Villas's two-bedroom suites feature two double beds in each bedroom.  All bedrooms come with their own spacious bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with icemaker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort’s natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us.  We do not rent to locals.

Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties.  Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older.  Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee



Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees



Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply



Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
