5.0"Beautiful unit"
The property is well taken care of. Close to be able to golf. Very close to the beach. One of the pools is right outside the unit which is good for children to walk to. Close to great restaurant and shopping . The decor of the rooms are very tropical. It’s really nice to setting and watch all the golfers. Family members said we will return again.

Listing was accurate- but better .This attractively decorated first floor spacious 2 bedroom (4 queens) condo sleeps 8 comfortably. 2 full baths and a well stocked full kitchen were a plus. Screened in porch opens out to wooded setting of 16th hole of the Byrd golf course (one of 3 here at sea trail). Close to The BEAUTIFUL sands of Sunset Beach . Great seafood

Well maintained, great decor, well-stocked kitchen, one side has master bedroom, full kitchen with counter seating, a full bath ,washer/dryer , 2 TVs, desk, dining table, and a living room with a sofa bed. The other bedroom is separated by a privacy door, and has a mini kitchen, love seat , table and chairs, tv. So it’s extremely private if you close separate door between units. This first floor unit has a lovely tropical theme with lanai that opens via screen door to outdoors . Super great wooded View is of the 16th hole of BYRD GOLF COURSE. Walk to golf club house and club restaurant. 5 minute drive to beach! Super close to myrtle beach, outlets, Calabash restaurants, and multiple other golf courses! Loved it here. Will rebook this unit!!!!!!
