Other Things to Note:

• Minimum booking age is 25

• Signed rental agreement and ID required

• We do not rent to locals to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests

• Cancellation and refund policy includes a $150 cancellation fee, and all cancellations must be in writing

• Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal

• No interior cameras are present, but there is a security camera system for the exterior grounds and pool area

• Check-in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM, but we cannot guarantee an exact check-in time



As a guest, you’ll find public beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee



Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees



Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
